I imagined life with a baby girl to be dainty, quiet, and still. Yet in this crazy house you didn't stand a chance. I will give you the dainty and just laugh off the rest.
We used to call Aiden monkey. We hadn't met you yet :)
At 15 months you are running, climbing, nope scaling the walls. Almost. Our kitchen chairs now live on top of the table, as it quickly became your favorite perch. You are FAST too. This Momma can't keep up with you.
This week you have started mimicking us. Things we say and do, sign language, expressions and sounds. It's precious. I'm fairly certain you will soon be talking. If you have as much personality in your words as you do in your face there will be no end to the laughter in this house.
Your new favorite tricks are patty cake, a hilarious attempt at animal noises, and jumping out of your hiding place and squawking BOO! You have also proven to be a good sport in the game of hard knocks, you celebrated your 15 month birthday with a skinned nose, black eye, and bruised goose egg on your forehead. From 3 different tumbles in 2 days.
You keep us on our toes, you make us laugh, your kisses are awesome, and your joy is contagious. We love you so much baby girl!
