A Mommy Time Out!

Days without Daddy are long and hard. Sometimes I think it would be nice to throw them in the car and just drive. You know, like a Mommy time out!

Today I decided to put those thoughts into action just to catch my breath.

It wasn't what I envisioned. Aiden ran to the back of the van while I was snapping Emma in and then refused to get in his seat. Emma screamed any time the car so much as slowed down and a fly buzzed around my head. Sigh.

All was quiet as we pulled up to the house and I breathed a sigh of relief. As soon as we got inside they both started screaming again.

Oh well better luck next time lol!
