Pizza Picnic!!!

During our trial run in the gluten, soy, dairy, preservative, and dye free world we are trying to eat as "normally" as possible for our picky little guy.

Enter pizza.

Gluten free crust mix (seriously not brave enough to try my own yet), nitrate free pepperoni, no cheese. Sounds awful right?

I would show you a picture, but my family gobbled it up! It certainly won't be an every week occurrence like the pizza nights of our past but makes for a great ocassional treat! It takes a bit of work and ends up costing twelve plus dollars instead of little ceasars tempting five.

I will try things a wee bit differently next time, but for a trial run it was certainly a hit!
