As much as I love this tiny little house it is time to get out of dodge. It is our first house, and the one we brought both babies home to. It is bittersweet but the reality is the house no longer functions for us.
Two little bedrooms. A partially finished basement. Constant transition of the chaos that surrounds us.
We have tried so many layouts, and moved furniture and toys up and down from the basement so many times, that it makes my head spin. I am a good organizer but there are certain things you simply can't overcome. We are constantly getting rid of things yet still have enough toys for three or four little boys and enough furniture for two houses.
Save me. Save me now.
So we are seriously getting the house parred down and putting it on the market. It both relieves and terrifies me. The thought of having to have a show ready house while juggling two high maintenance babies overwhelms me. Yet it is time.
Thanks to our new siding and roof, the waterproofed basement, and new ac and water heater we should look pretty good to the buyer.
Hopefully, prayerfully.
Now excuse me while I go wade through the mass of furniture and junk in the basement. Sigh.
