Pure Bliss...

Sneaking away with my Hubby was pure bliss. We didn't do anything out of the ordinary. We saw a couple of movies, ate lots of great food, slept in, and did a little window shopping. The difference is that it was just the two of us.

There was no nap to work around, diaper bag to lug, or meal and bed time deadlines. We were free to set our own schedule and be spontaneous. That may sound boring to some, but if you have a toddler you will understand when I say that your life is not your own. Not that it truly is anyway, but you know what I mean.

We did do one very "exciting" thing...



We cracked open this sweet tin of loose leaf tea...from our honeymoon!

Other than that I didn't take many pictures as we truly just lazed around and it really wasn't photo worthy. I did however want to snap a glimpse of us at the big 5 year mark!





If I am honest though, this might be a truer picture of just who we are...
